Created Issue: Build process does not add .dlls and .exes to private symbol store

The build process is not currently storing the .exe and .dll files in the private symbol store along with the .pdb files.

The AcceptanceTests project uses RoboCopy in the post-build events to copy the application files to the AcceptanceTests output directory to support running the Fit tests. RoboCopy comes with Windows Vista, but is not available for developers running on Windows XP. Use XCopy instead to support development on either Vista or Windows XP.

I replaced the use of robocopy with specific copy commands in the post-build script for the AcceptanceTests project. This was included in change set 19056.
